Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM.
 - Occasionally, we accommodate checking in at other times if you contact us.

We have keyless entry.
- We will provide you with a unique keyless code.

- Dog Only: We allow a maximum of one dog per stay.
- Size Limit: Dogs must weigh less than 50 pounds.
- Responsibility: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause any damage to the property.
- Supervision: Dogs should not be left unattended inside the house or in the backyard.
- Noise Control: Please ensure your dog does not disturb the neighbors with excessive barking or noise.

The garage can accommodate two cars. Still, getting one car in the garage might be more comfortable to make it easier to get in and out.
Just so you know, if you come with a full-size pick-up truck, it may not fit. However, you can park two vehicles in the driveway before the garage door.

You can also park on the street, preferably in front of our house. This is a safe area, and we have not heard of incidents with cars parked outside.

Our home is designed to provide the highest safety, security, and energy efficiency. Here’s an overview of the intelligent features that ensure your peace of mind during your stay:

- Our home is Energy Star certified, ensuring that all appliances and systems are optimized for maximum energy efficiency, reducing our carbon footprint and energy costs.
- LED Lighting: Energy-efficient LED lighting is used throughout the house.

Parties are not allowed.

Events will be considered upon request.

According to the city and HOA ordinances, unreasonable noise is prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Only those registered on the booking are allowed.

The pool is a community pool about 0.3 miles from the home.

Its hours are 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from March 19th through December 2nd.

A key card will be required for access.

Next to the pool is a community dog park and playground.

Smoking is prohibited inside or outside the property.
